Kyllot (the Feiken-Stellingwerf family, Vaartweg 3, 9422 CM Smilde, the Netherlands) handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we use and why.

Which data

When you request a stay or send us a message, we keep your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, the dates of your stay and anything you write to us.

What for

We only use this data to handle your booking, to contact you and to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tourist tax.

Who we share data with

Your booking is stored in our reservation system, so the guesthouse is also closed on other booking sites. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

How long

We keep booking data for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes (7 years). Messages sent through the contact form are deleted once handled, within 2 years at the latest.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies to track you. Only strictly necessary cookies are used for managing the site.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. Email info@bedandbreakfastkyllot.nl to do so. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
